Are you a passionate advocate for creators? We’re looking for a motivated candidate to become a Jr. Talent Manager to grow the team at Coastline Creatives. This role will champion our creators in the athletics and fitness industry, and will oversee emerging talent in this category. This individual will be negotiating and securing brand partnerships for a group of influencers who are securing partnerships with some of the world’s biggest and most recognizable brands. An ideal candidate will have experience pitching and managing one-off, and long-term, brand deals. Even more importantly, this team member will be responsible for outlining scopes of work and tracking deliverables for campaigns, including content, invoices, and reporting elements to ensure timely participation in partnership with the world's leading agencies and organizations.
You will report to our Sr. Talent Manager in the Athlete Division, and co-manage a Talent Manager Assistant, providing a framework for executing business development, and quarterly pitching strategies. You can expect to work collaboratively with the Talent Management team to sell through our entire roster, maximizing our opportunities with brand and agency partners.
Our Talent Management crew values the relationships with their creators beyond contracts and content, and it is important that our new Jr. Talent Manager is able to support our creators as they continue to grow their business and evolve as creatives. Profile of our ideal candidate:
Your profile must be that of an extrovert & performance-driven salesperson with a penchant for negotiating deals
Flexibility to handle changing market conditions and workload under tight deadlines; our industry is anything but consistent and boasts busier seasons that require heightened attention and focus
A desire to assist in development of internal tools to scale influencer management and business development best practices
Someone who is a dog with a bone, and willing to go the extra mile to get a deal done
Superior communication, writing and verbal skills with an ability to consult with mid-level and executive management
Proactive, detail-oriented, and extremely organized in a digital environment
Confidence and ability to understand and negotiate collaborations between talent and brands
Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/pitches
Positive attitude and strong social skills in speaking to talent and brands
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Talent Management: 1+ years is a major plus
Avid user of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest and TikTok
Familiarity with the influencer landscape
We are a fully-remote agency, however work status in the U.S. is required
Experience with CRM Tools: Our team uses Hubspot
