Our beginnings

Our founder, Regan Cleminson, started her career creating content for mega-food brands like Ben & Jerry's in 2014. So, it's only natural now that she has a roster of foodie, lifestyle, and fitness creators who tip their hats to some of those core values of creativity, community, and flavor. While previously a full-fledged creative agency, she drove Coastline Creatives to restructure and refocus on empowering talent to collaborate with brands in meaningful ways through the COVID-19 pandemic. Working with brands like Vitamix, Amazon, REI, and Sleep Number, she has intersected with some of the biggest names in food, fitness & lifestyle and has been brought in to consult with global agencies on their influencer marketing strategies and planning.

Now, a passionate advocate for pay transparency, contract literacy for creators, and diverse representation in campaigns, you can find her focusing her efforts on collaborating with platforms to develop fair and equitable terms and conditions, agencies to cast and highlight talent from BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and disabled communities, and with her creators to find thoughtful ways to share how they earn a living and leverage their collaborations to also support causes they care about.
